This event is held outdoors in a forest clearing.  There are no covered areas on site with the exception of an open sided marquee at the queue for paying.  Please ensure you have sufficient warm and waterproof clothing.

Car parking is on a stoned surface.

On site car parking is provided at Cannock Chase Forest and is free whilst buying your Christmas Tree only – if you wish to partake in any other Forest activities then the appropriate parking ticket should be purchased. Accessible parking is allocated close to the Christmas Tree sales site for customers with access needs.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved. Accessible parking space is limited and therefore only available to blue badge holders. We will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide assistance from the car park to the Christmas Tree sales site.

The Christmas Tree sales site does not have any accessible toilets. The closest toilets are approximately 200m (5mins) from the sales site in the main Forestry England hub. 

Assistance dogs are welcome but we request that you please pick up after your assistance dog.  There are no specific dog bins so please take your dog bags home with you.

6. Access Within The Christmas Tree Sales Site

The site itself is a grassed area within a forest clearing with lightly stoned walkways. The ground is uneven and can become muddy when wet.
